After the transfer has been completed, you can always send us an e-mail where you ask us to completely delete your data. The orders are always expressed in paper form and repealed for the tax retention period (7 years).

Payment is in the vehicle, directly to the driver in cash or by credit card. (Visa, Master Card, Diners Club and Maestro)
Price includes 1 x bike per person and luggage such as backpack and bicycle bags.
Bicycle trailer for children / luggage / dog: If you have a trailer with you, you must specify this when ordering, because of enough space in the vehicle. Transportation is at no extra cost.

We also offer childrens seats at no extra cost. Age of children when ordering.
From the basic price (4 pers.) A child travels with each ride free of charge.
All our prices are inclusive of taxes and street fees. There are therefore NO additional charges on site.

You can cancel up to 24 hours before pickup. It is important that we receive your cancellation in time and the receipt is confirmed so that no costs arise for you.
